Shipping FAQs: Out-of-state shipping – NO sales tax!

You’ve found Potato Barn pieces you MUST have. Now, how does out-of-state shipping work?
Lois is our amazing Shipping Manager and a department of one. We appreciate your patience as she receives anywhere from 10-30 shipping requests per week.
Lois can be reached via phone Wednesday through Friday. PB is a small family owned Arizona business so each shipping order is individually done. Right now, we can only ship select items found on our Instagram from Scottsdale (PBS). We cannot ship any items found from our Mesa (PBM) or Chandler (PBC) location on Instagram.
PB has an all sales final policy. So be sure you love the unique piece! Some items we can’t ship due to size or other factors. Speak with our Shipping Manager, Lois for more info.
OH, and one more thing… out of state shipping doesn’t pay sales tax!

For those visiting our stores in-person from out-of-state, you can shop with ease. And when you’re done finding all your treasures, rest assured that all your unique and one-of-a-kind pieces will be lovingly wrapped up to ship back home!

How much is shipping and tax?
Lois weighs each piece and then calculates shipping based on weight of items and zip code they are being sent to. Because of this, each shipping order is individually processed.
A PERK that we offer for our out of state shipping customers is TAX EXEMPT on your purchase total. Depending on what unique pieces you purchase, that could be a savings of a few hundred dollars or more!
I’m out of town. How do I shop?
Because we sell right off the floor, our home furnishings are unique or one-of-a-kind and our inventory changes weekly — if not daily. To see new arrivals, please follow us on our Instagram page. Please note, right now we can only ship items from out Scottsdale (PBS). We cannot ship any items you see available in our Mesa (PBM) location or Chandler (PBC) location. Sorry for any inconvenience.
If I want to return, what is your return policy?
All of our stores have an all sales final policy. Please measure prior to purchasing and be sure you love the piece.
I found some accessories that I love and have to have. Can you ship those?
No. Unfortunately we no longer ship accessories or wall art.
I live in Canada. Do you ship to Canada?
